Justice Antonin “Scumbag” Scalia

“During oral arguments on a case that may eliminate race conscious affirmative action, Justice Antonin Scalia said that “most of the black scientists in this country do not come from the most advanced schools” and added that black students do better in a “slower track.” ”
This sounds pretty God Damn racist to me. Not surprising coming from Justice Scumbag.

Judges are supposed to rise above personal bias and prejudice. Many don’t.

When I was a baby lawyer, I naively believed that judges who took an oath would be wise and fair. That was decades ago. Each year I have practiced law my respect for the judiciary has gone down. At this point it cannot get much lower.

Right-wing nuts are now screaming that Obama is not attending Scalia’s funeral…how dare he ! Are they kidding me ? Why should the president attend the funeral of this dissident and right-wing fanatic, anyhow ? When President Obama gave his final inaugural speech , did Scalia attend ?….NO ! The partisan and divisive, right-wing jerk played politics and disrespected the president in his absence. As a sitting Supreme Court justice, you show respect for the office and show up for something as important as that…..for any president, whether you agree with them on not. The measure of a good and decent man is to put policy aside and show respect, even if the president as opposing views. That is a lesson these lousy right-wing and intolerant Republican conservatives have never learned ! And Obama is supposed to turn the other cheek and go to this Devil’s funeral ?…. I think NOT !
